Giving Thanks: Day 8

I am thankful for the beautiful weather we've been blessed with this month!

October was freaking cold! But luckily mother nature came through with a month of fantastic weather in November. In fact, I heard on the news this morning that this is the 2nd warmest November since they've measured temperatures!!

And boy have I been loving these mild temps and all of the sunshine we've had. Winter is just weeks away and our winters are horrible here. Like -10 F, maybe even worse depending on how windy it is. It's not pleasant.

So I am trying to take advantage of this wonderful weather and soak it in because it will be gone in the blink of an eye!

I agree with you! Where I live, during the winter it can drop to -25F, which isn't fun at all! We had snow in October, but November has been a great month weather wise.

It's been BEAUTIFUL in Kamloops this November, too. But I have to say, I kind of miss the snow.

It *only* gets to about -10 F (-20 C) in Kamloops in the winter and I consider that MILD. In FSJ, it gets to -50 C with the wind chill, which is apparently -58 F. Haha

I'm finding it WEIRD to still be having fog in November. I mean - Dec. 3rd, it's supposed to be 13*C here!! Last year we had a gigantic snowstorm on that same day...
