Giveaway Time!!

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

It's been awhile since I've done a giveaway. 'Tis the season for giving, so I thought now would be the perfect time to give something away!

So what will I be giving away?

Well, after your favorable response to the hat and scarf that I showed you last week, I've decided that would be a great giveaway. The best part (in my opinion) is that the winner gets to pick the color of the scarf/hat! They have to be the same color, but you can pick whatever color your heart desires. I'm kind of a yarn snob, so you'll have to pick a color offered by Malabrigo. Mine was done in Pearl, in case you were wondering.

There are a couple of ways you can enter this giveaway:
1. Leave a comment, telling me what color you would choose (click on the Malabrigo hyperlink and leave the name of the Malabrigo color).
2. Become a follower, and comment, telling me you are a follower. If you are already a follower, leave another comment letting me know you are a follower.
3. Blog about this giveaway and leave a comment with the link of your blog entry.

You have until 10 pm on Tuesday, December 22rd. I will then announce the winner on Wednesday, December 23rd.

Since the scarf & hat will be made to order, you'll probably have to wait about a month to receive it - but hopefully you'll understand since it will be made especially for you!!

PS - I have no affiliation with Malabrigo. It just happens to be one of my favorite brands of yarn!!

  5. What a neat idea! You are such a generous person, Lisa, to do this. I know how much work goes into making these scarves.

Well, I don't know personally. Just know from seeing you do it! I am jealous of your hobby. Especially right now since I'm on break. Just one day, and I am already trying to find things to do....

    I love the Periwinkle. :)

  6. Hi Lisa! I love the 158 Cognac. I'm not typically a "pink" person, but I feel like the winter months deserve more color!

I am excited to see you next week! Stay warm and enjoy the holidays!

  7. What a great idea!! I'm a follower- but instead of entering me into the give-away, how about you give tips for us wanna-be's on how to be courageous and delve into the art of knitting?

I want to knit, I want to crochet, I even want to learn to sew- but it's really intimidating! How in the world do I get started? I don't even know where I'd start in terms of.... erm, knitting needles? (I almost called them sticks, to illustrate my point...I'm ignorant!)

  8. So apparently I wasn't following you via Google though I thought I was!? Darn. But I am now following you!!! Hooray!

  9. How are we supposed to choose just ONE color we like!? I think I'd have to go with Ravelry Red. I don't own any red hats or scarves but I wish that I did! Those yarn colors are all so awesome; I can see why you like them (at least from a color standpoint, I have no idea about yarn quality!)

  10. Coco. I have tons of scarves but NO brown. How is that even possible???

  23. I agree with your sister, you're so generous to offer to know the winner a hat and scarf! Yet, another reason you're all sorts of awesome.

How do you pick your colors they are all so beautiful. I'm with Christine I can't pick just one

I think the Strawberry Fields, Fucsia, Sauterne, and the Azul Bolita are all beautiful. I rock me some bright colors in the dreary winter.
