San posted this last week and I thought it was a fun way to get to know more about here, so I thought I'd play along!
Maybe I should tackle some of the organization projects on my to-do list this weekend.
I love coffee with International Delights Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer (but not any other brands. I am picky).
People would say that I’m driven.
I don’t understand why people choose to respond to all at work. Especially when it's a distribution list with hundreds of people on it...
When I wake up in the morning I check my email.
I lost my mittens all the time when I was a child.
Life is full of wonderful adventures.
My past is full of memories of time spent with family.
I get annoyed when people drive slow in the passing lane.
Parties are fun to plan and host!
I wish I had more money in my budget for vacations.
Dogs are not an animal I would ever want to own.
Cats are something I am allergic to and, similar to dogs, not something I'd ever want to own.
Tomorrow I’m hosting a "Christmas in June" party for my co-workers since we never got our act together around the holidays! I'm really excited - we'll hang out by my pool and grill!
I have low tolerance for arrogance.
I’m totally terrified of mice, snakes, spiders, and creepy crawly things!
I wonder why I am so hard on myself.
Never in my life have I eaten a pickled egg. I like pickles. I like eggs. The thought of the two together makes me shudder for some reason.
High school was one of the worst phases of my life. I don't think you could pay me to relive those years.
When I’m nervous I talk fast.
One time at a family gathering I showed up wearing the exact same outfit as my cousin, who is 11 months younger than me. We were (and still are) like sisters from another mister.
Take my advice: Do not rush into the decision to buy a home Think long and hard about it, and make sure the home you select is what you truly want.
Making my bed is completely mandatory. I can't get into an unmade bed.
I’m almost always over-scheduling my life, but I kind of like it that way.
I’m addicted to my iPhone.
I want someone to help me hang some pictures in my living room - nearly one year later, I still haven't hung any...
Play along and fill in a couple of the sentences!
Reply All - I hate it as well...so much unwanted extra e-mail especially when people keep adding and adding onto the chains!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Abbi! Reply all should be deactivated!
ReplyDeleteOne of the organizations I'm a member of has a listserve and the default reply option is reply to the entire listserve. People do it all the time without meaning to.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind reliving my last 2 years of high school but you could not pay me ENOUGH money to relive middle school again. My last two years of HS, I was taking all college courses and all my classes usually finished by lunchtime so my friends and I would sit around for 2 or so hours, just talking and goofing off. It was so awesome. :) (But being in a traditional school for my first two years? Sucked. I wouldn't want to relive those years!!)
ReplyDeleteYeah I'd say you're pretty driven ;) And in my opinion "reply all" should never be an option. People can't be trusted.
ReplyDeleteYup, that's you! It was a fun post! I, too, have never eaten a pickled egg, although I love everything pickled! I may have to try one someday, just to say I did!
ReplyDeleteI have never eaten a pickled egg, but would definitely try one! I'm not an International House fan, I'm a coffee mate girl. This is a fun post!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had more money to be able to visit family!
I want someone in the Air Force to tell us when Ryan goes to training so I can plan my schedule accordingly.
Dogs are smelly and don't belong in my house. I will never own a pet.
This is a fun post! :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I wake up in the morning...I hit snooze twice before getting up.
I get annoyed when people are late, don't put their carts away in the parking lots, drive in the fast lane going slow.
Dogs are amazing! I love having one and wouldn't trade him even when he pukes on the carpet.
Cats are a pet I would never own.
Yay! Thanks for playing along... I definitely learned a few more things about you!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that you're not a pet person... I wouldn't have guessed (although being allergic to pet hair can be awful!).
I love that you're so close to your cousin (in age and otherwise!).
Ugh. the reply all thing. I can't tell you how many times I've considered emailing people and telling them to stop it :) Really so, so annoying.
ReplyDeleteHa. I saw a snake running this morning, and jumped 5 feet in the air over it and screamed like a banshee.
ReplyDeleteOooh I might have to steal this too. I've been in such a blogging rut lately but this seems really fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm addicted to my iPhone as well. Like so so addicted. It's bad. Haha
I want someone to clean my house!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI love this and clearly I need blogging ideas! I also wish I had more money for vacations, I think there would never be enough in my mind!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love these things! I will post my sentences on my blog!
ReplyDeleteI may have to do this as well...
ReplyDeleteIf we lived together we would have to have two creamers, because I am picky as well -- I mostly use Coffeemate Sugar Free Vanilla, but have been buying the Lucerne SF Vanilla and it's pretty good. I dislike International. I agree with all the reply all comments.
I love that none of your family has tried a pickled egg. I think you should make some next time you have juice and bring them to the next family gathering!
When I am nervous I talk fast too. I hate it! And I need to hang photos too! There is never enough time in the day!
ReplyDeleteI am also VERY ADDICTED TO MY iPHONE!! haha I literally got a comment about that today. It's dangerous.
ReplyDeleteI like this meme! I might steal it from you and San at some point soon :)
Loved this. Yeah, the reply all... gag. And then there's always someone who replies all when they meant to send to just one person. Ha.
ReplyDeleteThis post just made me think how much I need to not wait anymore. I went this orientation thing on Tuesday at the local community college and while it's scary to think of quitting my job and going back to school, I know it's a smart move for my future.
