I always feel a little guilty posting my wishlist, but I love seeing what others are wishing for so I am once again posting mine! Here are some things I am wishing for this Christmas!
Gel Mat: I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I think having a thicker mat like this would make those hours spent in the kitchen much more comfortable!
Spiralizer: Being gluten free, I'm always looking for pasta alternatives. I've had some dishes made with spiralized zucchini and carrots so I'd like to make similar dishes in my own kitchen!
Moccasin-style Slippers: My feet are ALWAYS cold, even in the summer. So I pretty much need a new pair of these every year!
The Banks of Certain Rivers: I'm a heavy library user, but this book isn't at my library so it's one I'd like to own. I've heard really good things about this book!
What are you wishing for this holiday season?
Ooh I LOVE the idea of that gel mat! For Christmas we've been telling everyone Ikea gift cards. We definitely need a new couch (and are hoping to get a sleeper), but things keep coming up and as we're trying to save money for when Lemon is here I just can't make it a priority!
ReplyDeleteI love my gel mat! I should have one by my stove, too, as I tend to stand there quite a bit, too!
ReplyDeleteI haven't made a list yet as no one has asked me for ideas! Hmmmm? But I can't think of anything I really need so I'm glad no one is asking!
The one big wish I have is something no one could give me - my replacement here at the office so I can retire!
We just bought one of those gel mats from Costco recently and so worth the money!
ReplyDeleteThat gel mat sounds amazing! I need one of those.
ReplyDeleteOn my wishlist this Christmas is a new pair of TOMs because I've just about worn out the one pair I have. And I'd really love a Keurig, but I'd be shocked to get that. They are so expensive!
We have gel bath mats in our bathroom cause it't tile and LOVE it. A kitchen one would be awesome. LOVE those slippers.
ReplyDeleteMy mom has one of those gel mats! It's awesome! And I would also really like a spiralizer.
ReplyDeleteI love reading Christmas wish lists. I'm going to post mine later this week. One thing I'm going to ask for is CANDLES because I feel like that's an easy gift to give and I love burning candles!
I've never really made a wish list before as Hanukkah is more of a kids holiday and in my adult life my parents just give me money, but since I know that Chris's mom is going to ask him what they should get me I came up with a few boring things. I told him to tell them I'd like gift cards to one of the nice kitchen stores (Williams Sonoma, Sur Le Table, etc), a pair of Chuck Taylors that I need for working out and a gift card to that fabelitics place that Amber likes because I really need workout clothes.
ReplyDeleteThere is only one thing I want from Chris and I don't think I need to tell you what it is...
I was just talking about my Spiralizer today! I mentioned that I don't remember packing/unpacking it during my move. I can't wait to go home to look for it.
ReplyDeleteGel mats are awesome! My parents have a big one at their house and they make a huge difference. D found us pretty ones at Bed Bath & Beyond that are rugs but still gel-like. So comfy!
ReplyDeleteI can't think of anything on my wish list this year. I'm fairly boring, present wise!
those gel mats are incredible. My parents have one. good call all around!
ReplyDeleteYou bring up a good point and I don't really know. I suppose the only thing I've been thinking of is a fit bit. But I think that's probably something I need to get myself.
ReplyDeleteI've never even heard of those gel mats but it's a cool idea! I love reading wish lists too :)
ReplyDeleteOh man that gel mat is a great idea!! I forgot I wanted one of those lol.
ReplyDeleteThat spiralizer is perfect for you for being GF! Coming up with what I wanted this year is So hard bc all I seem to want is clothes and handbags lol. :/
My friend's mom has a gel mat like that and I think it's amazing! We actually registered for one when we got married, but sadly never received one. I still want one, but felt kind of silly asking for one for the holidays, although I think you may have just inspired me to ask for one next year!
ReplyDeleteI too want some moccasins! I also would like a fit bit!
ReplyDeleteWe've thought about getting those mats for the kitchen, too ... would love some relief on my legs! My wish list is very short this year: money for clothes and money to buy two new kitchen chairs. As I told my parents, we're going back to the basics!
ReplyDeleteYour list is very simple this year. Mine is the same; there really are not very many things that I really need. A couple of items on my wish list are nice running socks (which are pretty spendy at around 12 dollars a pair!) and a down jacket for hiking/camping. Other than that, I like to buy/choose things myself, plus I don't really need much!
ReplyDeleteI love my Minnie Tonkas! I wear them EVERY night in the fall/winter. Mine are so worn, I should probably get a new pair :)
