Happy Thursday! Thank you for all of the sweet comments yesterday! I've got comments yesterday & in the past asking me how I lost the weight - I promise to do a blog post on that soon!
Speaking of transformations & changing your life - check out the photo that Carolina John of Smoke Training posted this week as part of a photo meme. Be sure to then scroll down and see how much he has changed! As his blog header states, he went from smoking 26.2 cigarettes a day to running 26.2 miles in a day. His story is proof that anyone can change their life if they really want to! He's running a full marathon later this month & I just know he is going to PR!
John tagged me to participate in the photo meme. I am supposed to go to my 1st photo file and share the 10th photo in that file. The first photo file is "Andrew" - each nephew gets their old folder where I file away the countless photos I take of them!
This photo is shortly after Andrew was born back in June of 2005.
It's hard to believe he's grown from that tiny little bundle to this:
I can't believe how fast he's growing up!
My 4 nephews definitely hold a very special place in my heart! I can't imagine life without them!
Do you have any nieces or nephews?
Oh, and you should totally do this photo meme on your blog!

So cute! I played this game on my blog on Saturday!
I don't have any "official" nieces of nephews, but as my close friends have children I become an "unofficial aunt." One of my best friends from college has twin daughters. Those two girls have my heart like nothing I have ever known before.
Wow! That is so crazy how much he's grown. It doesn't feel as though it's been that long since he was born!!!! Cute!!!
I miss our nephews!! :(
Oh so sweet! My family is miniscule so I don't have any nieces or nephews, but your nephew is precious!! I'll live vicariously through you.
Awww so sweet. I LOVE Eric's nephew and nieces. They are so adorable, especially his niece. I also love watching him interact with him.
Although, we both agree, after spending 2 hours with them neither of us are NEAR ready for kids. LOL.
His sister has another one on the way - due in July - and I can't wait!!
Oh, my grandsons are the sweetest! I'll never forget the night Andrew was born! I don't think anyone is truly "ready" to have children, but they just move into your lives and you love them and adapt and grow together!
Carolina John's story is AMAZING! Talk about inspirational!
I have one niece who just turned two. My husband has two nephews, ages almost-4 and just-turned-1.
I don't have any nieces or nephews yet since it's just me and my bro but hopefully I will someday! I'm relying on my cousins to have babies before I do so at least I can hug and hold them! =)
I am an only child so the only way I will be an aunt is after I get married! Right now I just really want to be an aunt for some reason! It would be so much to spoil a little kid!
So cute!!! It's crazy how quickly we all grow up... I can't wait until one day I have nieces/nephews!!! :)
Hi Lisa-- this is Pat
I have more than enough nieces and nephews to share
I have 10 nephews and 14 nieces (and 3 kids of my own) ranging in ages from 3 to 28. It would be hard to imagine not having any or even just a handful of them
I will never complain about you putting too many pics of yourself on the blog. just like i doubt anyone would complain about me putting too many pics of my kids on my blog. they are just too dang cute (so are you)
we have a 13 yr old niece. her parents (kelley's sister and ex husband and new husband) are all kinds of messed up so we absolutely treasure our niece. always have.
I have a godson, which is much the same thing I think.
He is such a cutie!
Total cuteness. I have one nephew and he's the first grandbaby so basically I have to stand in line to spoil him!
I don't have any official nieces or nephew, but my boyfriend has one of each. I've been dating him since before they were born, so I consider them mine as well. And most likely they will officially be my niece and nephew eventually.
